My name is Jennifer, and I moved into Harry and Melinda Troyers rental house in July 2012, and was a renter for 10 years. In that 10 years, we never had any issues and they were very generous in letting me landscape the around the house, while actually reimbursing me for the plants! They even went to the expense to install gutters after we got the landscape up to preserve the newly planted flowers and shrubs. When they decided to sell in 2020, they wanted me to have the house and paid my closing costs and all of the fees so I wouldn’t lose out. We had a wonderful relationship as a renter/landlord, and maintain an almost family relationship to this day. They are fun loving, caring Christians that value family and have servants hearts, always pitching in during disasters or just unfortunate events.
